Build Universal Windows App to Download ZIPmagic

Build a Universal Windows App capable of being admitted to the Windows Store. This app has a single purpose: To advertise and encourage the download of ZIPmagic. Because ZIPmagic requires desktop access, it requires a traditional installation approach. Therefore, you would either be launching a download web page, and/or doing the actual download and running the downloaded package. The solution is only required to work on Desktop Windows, but again, must be admissible to the Windows Store. Please correspond to clarify recommended strategy and options available. We already have a Windows Store account and we just need a new Universal App that we can submit, to expose our fine product to the Windows eco-system.
