Adjust MSI uninstaller to prevent automatic terminate running processes

Adjust MSI uninstaller to prevent automatic termination of running processes. When user selects Uninstall in Control Panel, MSI installer is asking if it should down running processes automatically and user can terminate them and complete uninstallation process. We want to prevent the uninstaller to terminate processes (not display this window) - instead show a message box telling user that application should be closed manually first. We're attaching mentioned window as screenshot, as well as .wxs file to create the installer and the installer itself with all content inside.
