Convert MS Access Database from 97 to 2003

A small project to convert a microsoft access 97 database to work on access 2003 installed on a windows vista pc. The database is a small crm system for a health clinic, and includes forms for the day to day use of the database in the office. I have used the convert option when opening in access 2003 but some form items do not work after conversion takes place, so i assume some code needs to also be updated. A full set of step by step instructions needs to be supplied as part of the solution, as i will need to update the latest version of the database when i visit the customers site. This needs to be completed today, budget is very low as it is small project. Only bid if you have access experience and can complete today.
