Delphi/XML medical software testing

Our client-server Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is about to be tested by the government. Technically, the software is primarily a series of grids, 1 per table, with a pop-up box for add/edit/delete. I want someone to run through the tests (the government has provided them), to check it for consistency (common calendars, changes displayed in the grid are audited). One key set of tests is that all data has to be exportable and importable in XML. The specification is available. Please quote for 12 hours of testing and provide your hourly rate, as I expect that there will be more than 12 hours of testing (I can bonus after that). Some description of your testing experience or approach would be helpful. ## Deliverables 1) test results, in a bug tracker. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Delphi, XML, Windows 2003/XP
