Automatic ads posting

I need a software to do that: 1) Let me write a new real estate ad, inserting text, 10 pictures, some specifications (square meters, town zones, address, balcony, kind of contract, elevators, floor, etc.) filling all data in a page that is similar to the web pages that I attached to this bid request (this pages are from 4 portals where all data have to be posted) and that is a summary of all those pages to let me insert data only once and make the ads posting automatic. 2) Post all this data in some portals: [login to view URL] (paid, I got an account), [login to view URL] (paid, I got an account), [login to view URL] (free, with password account), [login to view URL] (free, no password account), [login to view URL] (my site with password, nuke portal, have to create a new module as described in point 3) 3) Create a nuke web module inside my site [login to view URL] to display an always updated list of all the appartments currently available (an the present I am embedding a part of [login to view URL] portal inside my [login to view URL] page but it is not a professional solution, I want a web page with the same graphic and "feeling" of my [login to view URL] site. This new list page/module have to show a preview / miniatures of apartment pictures and has to link, clicking on the pictures, to a fotoalbum with all the picture. I want something like this: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 4) Create a new web page / nuke module in [login to view URL] that is the same as the one described in point 3 but that shows all the apartments that I have already rented. This page / module have to let me choose from the page described at point 3 wich ad show as "rented" or "available" and has to clearly show to my customers that these ads are here only to let them now what kind of apartments I use to deal with.
