Bulk EMail Server Setup

We want to setup our own server to send emails to a large list of our subscribers (Currently 200k but growing rapidly) We are actually targeting 1 Million subscribers within next 5-6 months and keep growing like that. We require freelancers with following expectations : 1. The person would assist us in choosing the BEST server (VPS,VDS,Or Dedicated) according to our requirement [No affiliate links please] 2. Helping us to choose the software for managing email campaigns. (with ability to handle bounces, responses, cleaning of invalid emails, unsubscribe, etc) (preferbly interspire ( I have a working copy of it) 3. Helping us (step by step) to set up the server (and software) ready to shoot emails at our own. 4. We need emails sent in a way that will avoid SPAM filters. 5. Mails MUST reach to subscribers Inbox and not to Spam folder. Our expectations are 100% guarantee that emails go into inboxes of our subscribers. Our list is 100% Double Opt-In and legit. We expect experienced people who can show prior work or experience. We want 100% inbox guarantee. We need 7 days to test the server working and campaigns running smoothly.
