Basic HTML Changes 700+ Times

I want to see some bids on a project that we have. We need someone or some company to go through 700+ websites and make some basic HTML changes to the home page. We have the changes so no design work is required. Just a lot of copy paste and find replace commands. You would have to log into our client sites, and make these changes one by one. Each one can be done in as little as 10 minutes if the person is fast. This is just a preliminary step, I still have to get the budget from my boss, however I would like to see ball park figures.
