Develop a web site for sending Free animated/Musical E-Cards

I want to create a web site for sending free animated e-cards The bidder will need to provide the following: 1. For uploading purpose the bidder will create an admin panel from where I can upload the animated ecard designs, which will be reflected online. Bidder will also create different categories where I can directly upload the ecards. Like X'Mas, New Year, birthday etc 2. Bidder will provide a backend by which I can add/edit/delete/activate/deactivate categories/holidays and ecards therein. 3. The registered members/visitors can select the ecard to be sent, type in the message to be sent along with the card and can send it to recipient email address. Once the recipient clicks on the link, an automated message goes to sender as receipt indicating that the card has been opened.. 4. Links for all the ecards will be given via my site, so that my site gets hits with every ecard. Bidder will not be required to provide any e-cards, I will provide the animated/musical e-cards. The users of the site will not have to register to send the e-cards. I already have purchased the domain name through [login to view URL] and have the banner for the site. Bidder will not have to produce any artwork for the web site.
