Designers wanted for website

We are looking for some freelance talented graphic designers who are able to design stylish and attractive (business) websites. There will be demands for the design on the start of each design process and some reflection moments in the design process. The website must be unique. We don't want to work with templates or modified templates! It concerns purely the graphic part. Converting the design to XHTML and CSS is our part of the job. Thinking with us, giving opinion and your (critical) concerning about the project will be appreciated. This offer is in the first place for one website, but with a successful round-off there will follow more websites.
