Customize WP buddypress website [urgent] (alekwebdesign)

Hello Freelancers, i'm Alek, project manager and developer team lead, and i'm developing various wordpress projects. This time i'm hiring a Wordpress expert, to work with: WORDPRESS BUDDYPRESS WEBSITE CUSTOMIZATION & OPTIMIZATION. SPECIFICATIONS: Wordpress + premium plugins + premium theme already installed (all licensed). Theme: KLEO community GOAL: - customize the demo content with the corporate identity in 4-5 standard pages from content already existing. - competitor website given. - just configure multilanguage (WPML). - creating login with facebook / google plus - performances optimization - responsive visibility check for smarthphones/tablets - put some image already optimized for web and of the right dimension according to the pharagraph, or the service. - you can suggest more efficient plugins bases on your experience * If the work is fast delivered and great quality, possibility to have further projects. * If the final work is exceptionally great, and rich, extra milestone + further projects.
