Customize Zencart template

I currently have Zencart installed on my server ([login to view URL]) and would like to have the Zencart template customized to look like my existing website design (www.delishbath.ca...not the homepage but the rest of the pages with a nav. bar on the left). If this cannot be done with my proposed budget, please provide a price quote to provide me with tutorials as I go along (ie customizing the nav bar etc.)
