Create two Typo3 content elements from an image

I need two typo3 content elements (one link list and one header and content element) that are dynamically usable. 1) multiple elemenents containing headline and text that have an optional image background and link somewhere 2) Headline, subheadline and text that always have an image background There is an image that shows exactly what the content is supposed to look like, that I can send you as soon as you have contacted me. The task needs to be done today.
