Create a User Interface for TV Video

I want someone to create me a user interface (UI) web site that is optimized for a Television Screen. I have 220 Channels Images\Logos with Title and URL Link that needed added to this User Interface (UI). I need someone who knows CSS, HTML 5, Jquery, Ajax, PHP and Javascript to make me this Web Site User Interface (UI). You can add categories to this user interface or just put all channels on 1 page. I have 220 Links with Images that need added to the User Interface (UI). These images will link externally and show my TV Channels in full screen. I already have a CMS Backend to control my channels. You just need to make me the UI with the 220 Channel Logos and Links. I will provide you with the Logos and Links. I want this User Interface (UI) to work on a Television Screen and with a TV Remote Control D-Pad with the (Arrows: Up, Down, Right, Left) and the (Enter/Ok/Select) Keys on the Remote Control. The User Interface (UI) must be friendly and easy to use for the Customer with a TV Remote Control. The Customer must be able to visually see what's on the TV Screen from their living room couch or chair. The Customer must be able to see the User Interface from a distance with a tv remote control. Someone can make me the UI with Jquery, HTML 5, Ajax and CSS. Your also welcome to use the Google TV UI Library Framework Templates.
