Copy an existing Website's interactive infograhic

I like this interactive & responsive infographic and want it copied so I can edit content & input new charts/images for my own use. I need someone to use one of the many code copying tools out there to generate the files required to run the page locally. None of the background graphic animations are required. This will include generating and providing the files; - html - css - js scripts - if any other files needed. Note, I am happy with 90% copy but wanting most of the design/responsive layout. As this will be edited for my content I do not need the exact data source/scripts behind the charts. Please substitute with a simple blank responsive iFrame in place of the charts (if too hard to source!). Also do not need the background animations.
