Convert a Template to a Website

We have 4 pages that need to developed. We bought a theme from Themeforest and we created a PSD with the pages that we want, now we need someone to code it to Html, CSS, JS,using the Theme we bought as base and using its functions (JS functions, Menus, Plugins, Components). We will provide all html, css, js files of the theme and the documentation plus live sample. This is the theme: [login to view URL] The theme is already responsive abd akk HTML pages with live samnples are available. Some, not a lot of work will need to be done, but everything must look as the PSD and work/behave as will be detailed later (JavaScript). We will do it on a per page basis so that we can test the work before committing to hire for all pages we need. All pages must work in tablets, desktops/tvs and smartphones.
