Content Website

I would like to create a content filled website. - The project would entain taking information from other websites and & reformatting the data onto mine. - I would need a test bank script where users would come and take random quizzes. I would also need questions which are in PDF to be put in this testbank. This ability to take the quiz would be limited to once per day. - A payment through Google's new payment account would need be set up for taking subscriptions. Website also will also run Google AdSense ads. Some other minor stuff is also needed but I would like to discuss my full plans in private in those interested parties.
