Clothing Store - Both Retail and Wholesale - Social Media - Shop ERP Mgmt- My personal Learning Curve

My budding clothing label requires both an online wholesale and Retail Ecommerce, CMS and/or ERP system. One database but two fronts with a POS payment and Stock tracking system that sells garments via an online ecommerce site as well as allows for our commission based regional sales reps to sell and their customers to reorder at an authorised password protected online portal keep track their account as well as traces our current stock in either shop, warehouse or transit. I've got some experience in ICT but new to setting this up so there is some learning curve for myself involved. I'd like to find indiviuals with expertise in Ecommerce, design, development and delivery, social media planning and SEO.
