Build simple site for me - used to generate ad revenue

I'm looking for someone to design a simple, 1 page HTML page. The topic is "Top 20 MBA Programs" (Master of Business Admin degrees from Universities). It does not have to be too exciting, basically the site will be used to place Google Adsense ads and try and generate some mediocre income. I figure there has to be at least some useful content on there though. I'm open to ideas, although probably at least a listing of the top 20 MBA schools per Business Week ([login to view URL]) , with links to the schools. Ideally, if you are really sharp. I'd like something that just generates revenue. You tell me how to best tackle it if I'm off with the Google Adwords. Another example is [login to view URL] - if you go there it's all just searchable links. I envision something similar for the Top 20 MBA site. Let me know your thoughts - how much to build, the site, any ideas on how to make it an ad revenue machine, and anything else you think I should know. I already have the domain purchased for about 2 years now, and if we work well together I want to do the same with about 20 other ideas.
