Build new Magento store with 2 currencies and pricing structure

This project involves building a Magento store from scratch involving: 1. Designing a theme suitable for multiple lines of products targeted at 20-25y.o female 2. Populating items and descriptions with pictures (all given), approx 45 items. 3. Site to be Traditional Chinese language based - Frontend only, backend in English 4. 2 internal stores created with 2 currency and pricing structure and shipping prices Knowledge of Traditional Chinese characters preferred as all items and descriptions are in Chinese. Any questions feel free to ask. I will only pay on completion of project. No milstone payments. Task to be completed in 10 working days.
