Site Goal [login to view URL] is a comparison site for ticket prices between 4 or 5 merchants (Viagogo, Seatwave, Ticketbis, Stubhub …) Traffic will arrive via google ads. Eventually, customers might actually land naturally on [login to view URL] and search for events. A suitable site hierarchy is required to allow visitors to find specific, affordable tickets. Target demographic Sports fans, concerts goers that are looking for tickets they didn’t manage to get when they were released. Tickets were sold out so they can’t find them easily. They land on the site through ads on Google / Bing. Persona #1 (Specific artist / team): They are just looking for tickets for a specific artist or team, i.e. Madonna. They expect to land on a page that shows the list of concerts available for their artist (event index page), pick the date they are interested in, then see the minimum price of the tickets sold by each merchant so they can choose, click and buy. Persona #2 (Specific event date in mind): They know exactly when or where they want to attend: e.g. artist x in London 13 August, so they need to land on the page (comparison page) that shows tickets for that specific event. They click on the cheapest reseller. Persona #3 (Casual browser): Lands on the home page and will search for a specific event. Persona #4 (Location based searcher): Lands on the home page and will search for events available at a location (London / Milan …) Core audience are type 1 and 2. The site doesn’t sell tickets directly so there isn’t a cart or a purchasing system. In the end the customer lands on the reseller page and buys there. Scope The separately developed site backend will capture the data (reseller name, event title, date, location, minimum price) coming from ticket partner feeds into a database. At the current time, only HTML templates for the described page types are required, without any explicit concern about how database content will be extracted to create the final pages. No copywriting nor SEO is required. The web site layout should work in different device sizes, including mobile and tablet devices.
