Build an Online Store - Upgrade an existing Website

We are a small start up fire protection company based in the UK and started trading 3 weeks ago. Back in April we hired a company here in the UK called the Company Warehouse who charged us over a £1k GBP to build this website [login to view URL] and we are seriously not happy with their work. Although we like the design (colour scheme, layout) I am not happy with the cost for such a basic website when we expected more for the money. To make matters worse they gave me access to the CMS which after getting someone savvy to have a look at, they told me how basic the CMS is and I literally cannot even add videos or half the stuff I want to. It is so basic there is even nowhere to add the tracking code needed for Google. They also did not optimize the content I wrote or submit the sitemap correctly to Google and did not add a tracking code etc. When I type in the company name into Google we came up on page 15 and now on page 2. I mean come on we are the only company called 'fire safety managers ltd' so surely we should come up on the first page. Anyway after getting independent advice from a business associate I now realize that the company ripped us off and did not give us the website we paid for so I am hoping someone on here can give us exactly what we need and correct it all for us..... The website we have at the minute needs to be transferred onto another template where the CMS is fully functional and accessible to me and not a basic one like i have. I have attached a picture of the CMS Page via a PDF File. I will give access to the CMS to the person who I employ for the work so they can use the content and see what i don't want etc. I am not sure if someone can extend / upgrade the current website or would need to start from scratch, that is something we can discuss further. Anyway what i want is....A website similar in style to [login to view URL] as this is our company image but with the ability to incorporate the social media we have already and - E-commerce (negotiable) Live Chat Skype Mobile Version Blog Contact Page more detailed then I have The previous company has mailboxes that we use under the domain name so we want some mailboxes attached to the website with the possibility of adding further names etc ourselves. I am not quite sure how that works so we would need to discuss that further too. I also want it to be fully Search Engine Optimized with all the tracking codes, analytic's and fully submitted to the search engines. I want it all ready to be found on the engines and fully operational not like the previous company did it by building the website then leaving the rest to me. When it is finished it needs to be fully operational on the search engines where all i need to do is monitor and not index and submit it etc as it is not my area of expertise. We will also be finding somewhere else to host it too as we want to be rid of this company. We also want to build a relationship with the person who does the website as we will have further work down the road to do including other businesses we start up etc so it is important to understand and get our companies image and what we wish to portray and just as importantly be the right price. We want someone who is a great designer, totally savvy and who takes a great deal of pride in their work for a very reasonable price. As we are a start up company and already spent the budget we had for the website when we got ripped off we do not have much left to spend and the amount offered is all what we have left. We can not offer anymore than £250 GBP / $380 USD as it is really the maximum we have. So we would be extremely grateful to someone who can give us what we need and we will be sure to pass further work over to them in the future.
