Build an Online Store

Currently using the latest AVADA Theme for our website. We have already incorporated multiple plugins for our needs but are in need of assistance in setting them up so that the all function correct. Our hope is to create a sales force and dealer program to accommodate the tracking of all online and offline sales if possible. The premium plugin that we have installed are as follows: Restrict Content Pro v2.0.17 Woocommerce v2.4.1 AffiliateWP v1.6.5 Bonus plugins: * These came with the purchase of AffilateWP Professional Add-ons Affiliate Forms For Gravity Forms 1.0.5 Affiliate Forms For Ninja Forms 1.0.2 Pushover Notifications 1.0.1 Lifetime Commissions 1.0.3 Recurring Referrals 1.4.2 Tiered Affiliate Rates 1.0.3 Stripe Payouts 1.0.3 Affiliate Dashboard Sharing 1.1 PayPal Payouts 1.1.1 Additionally we also purchased these two plugins that integrate with AffiliateWP: AffiliateWP MLM v1.0.4 AffiliateWP Performance Bonuses v1.0 We are currently selling to main products on our store with accessories to be added as well. Our commission structure for the direct sales rep/affiliate is a flat rate and can increase based off of reaching certain sales criteria. The commission structure is as follows: Highest to lowest $125 Regional Manager, $100 Account Executive , $75 Team Leader, $50 Sales Rep Once a sales rep achieves the first sales goal of 5 sales in a week the sales rep commission will be raise to $75 and so on until the highest commission rate of $125 can be reached. When a sales rep has achieved the first sales goal not only do they increase their commission rate to $75, but the sales rep is now able to recruit to build a team of other sales reps and receive override commissions of their sales teams individual sales. Each level/rank will determine the amount of of override commissions earned from each of the sales reps individual sales that our on the direct sales affiliates team. I have attached the commission structure for both products below. So we are in need of finding the right person understands the inner working of setting up a automation for our affiliates and dealer program which will be structured similarly but the dealer has access to other pages that the sales reps do not.
