Build an Online Redemption Mall

I have a client would like build a redemption mall, which is similar to an e-commerce mall of course. we have a simple product feeds excel file with 200,000 products in the list that you will need to upload into the mall as products. in the excel, it comes with external image links so you do not need to do any touch up or upload images. I will send the sample product feed excel file to shortlisted bidder only. I will also provide you the client logo design so that you can add the logo into the mall and please ensure the mall color theme is suitable for their logo color theme. Please let me know which open source, database and language you will be using. Please suggest a hosting server that can handled this 200,000 products. Your system must be able to load the products fast enough and must compatible with web and mobile screens. Please bid with your one best mall project and show me the mall image and mobile mall image.
