Basic HTML Website Needed - ATTN: WEB DESIGNERS

I am looking for a web designer to build me a simple four page (including home page) HTML website. A few words would need to be made into hyperlinks directing to other web addresses however that's a very simple task. The most advanced feature I would need is an underline rollover effect for the navigation menu. The pages I need are as follows: Articles About Me Resume Contact Home I am a writer and this website would be the site containing information about me. I would need most articles hyperlinked to direct to other web pages when clicked upon. The "Resume" page would not exist, it would just be placed in the navigation menu and when clicked on would direct to my Resume at another web page on the internet. I need a creative web designer who can make the site look good! Nothing spectacular, just good. On completion I will require you send me a copy of the site along with you uploading it to my FTP client already on the internet (I already have hosting and my domain).
