Add forum to existiing website

We would like a forum system added to our website [login to view URL] You can use any off the shelf product you see fit, as long as you can 'style it' as per the current website. (phpBB etc) It would need good verification systems, as currently things like phpBB seem easily spammed, so email verification and some 'human' tests would be good. We have a mysql server available. The website would need another 'button' adding, marked as 'Forum' and linking to it.
