Design integration need

Hello guys, Let me explain you what I need. I already have website on the same script with almost same design. But, for the new site I need some little changes. So, basicly new design is in PSD file, but it don't need to be PSD/html cause as I said already have that design coded. If I confused, check my attached files. Design 1 is the current design on my old site. Design2 is new design for new site. If you look at the designs you will see basicly that there is no need for lot of change. 80-90% of design are same, just need some shapes, colors changes and that is it.
