Appointment Calender Plugin Customization

I have a gravity form and I would like to embed the Appointment Calendar plugin into the form ( [login to view URL] ) I'm able to embed it into my gravity form see below, but I need some changes for it to work the way I want. [login to view URL] I would like that when the customer selects the date and the selected time that the date and time are entered directly into the gravity form or at minimum when they hit enter that the date and time is entered into the gravity form but it won't be submitted until the customer completes the rest of my form and hits the "Submit Payment" button on my Gravity Form. Key function is that the date and Time should not be entered in separately from my form. If there is another way to create a booking form like this one: [login to view URL] and have this Front End Functionality (please select the date and time on this page) and have similar Back End functionality as the Appointment Calendar plugin.
