Buidling a website similar to a site www.nifty50charts.com

Hello Friends, I intend to build a website similar to the functionality as in an existing website in market i.e. [login to view URL] This website on login with password updates the stock market charts on listed stock counters in real time basis (at a gap of 3 to 4 seconds). The Charts appears to be extracted from a Charting software AMIBROKER (I am not definitely sure about it). This is highlighted to make U guys understand the requirement. _My Scope_ :- a) I shall book the domain. _Your Scope would be_: a) All designing and and hosting and integration of payment gateway. b) Same for a Mobile website as well. I advice, please have one day free trail from the site during 9:15AM to 15:30PM in IST (monday to Friday) to understand the functionality and quote thereafter plz. Please make me understand that how it would be done and then quote the price thereafter.
