My background also includes formal college certification in computer applications. (GPA 3.66). I am very proficient with Filemaker Pro 13 and constantly train on the new features.

Hello As you know Its completely impossible to bid on this project without more information. But from what I understand, you need to remake a old FoxPro Solution into a Filemaker 13 server solution. From what I also can understand you would like to have some kind of PHP web interface and MYSQL interface as well? I am a very experience FileMaker developer (more than 10 years full time experience) I am interested in doing your project. I am Canadian. There are templates available that we can use to get a jumpstart. It now can be posted to the web as well. Call tracking with FileMaker gives all the advantages of the web on a desktop.
