A complicated, membership based, interactive website

We are a start up company. Looking for a user friendly, membership based, multiple user, interactive website. Possible content management if that will be appropriate. (would like to hear from experts of course I am a visionary not a web builder) site will be VERY heavy in video courses with many sections and short videos to choose from in each section, blogs, information. Tracking of participant data, possibly games and competitions between members, etc. some members will be private users, others will be members through larger organization.
