CS CART Multi vendor Customization and configuration

We are looking for experts in CS Cart multi-vendor. No beginner, people with proven experience only. Serious references will be asked. Thank you. Please note that in the documents provided (general brief, Xcel sheet with site breakdown, and powerpoint with print screens), some functionalities/add-ons are already present in CS Cart. The Excel file breakdown is the final structure that we are looking to achieve in the front/customer end, the Ppt is the final structure AND visual result that we are looking to achieve. This Powerpoint document with print screens is being done and will be very soon available. We are looking to launch a market place (consumer-to-consumer website) that will enable individuals to register on the website, upload/list their items and create the product pages from their account, sell their listed items to other members and/or buy listed items from the other members, manage their listings and follow transactions from their account. On top of that, they will benefit from an innovative commissioning system (one of the two loyalty program described in attached documents needs to be customized/developed through the existing affiliation add-on) Main customization work to be done (more details will be provided in additional documents): - - “Individual buy/sell account” One account only. - Customize Affiliate add-on for our loyalty program - Blog Integration - The product filling has to be made by the member (individual or professional), with full description, - All payments must be made to site - Choice of country by the visitor, BUT by default customer must be directed to products available in their country and in their currency, and possibility to access the whole catalog as well (World) - Install FB add-on, for: - Design: a few modifications
