I need a website built that will synchronize my website with eBay, Craigslist, amazon and Craigslist. I do not want to pay monthly fees (any if possible), and I want complete inventory synchronization and paypal integration. I would like this to be completed in one week, with minimal input from myself and I would like it to be easy to manage. It also must run on shared hosting (Dreamhost to be specific). I want a reliable, well built platform that will help me move merchadise!
