Clone my website or revamp (current site available)

After trying to explain what type of site I wanted, I finally created a site at [login to view URL] using Frontpage. I would like to be able to edit the future site by some means...don't really care though. I would like this site cloned, and then use a third party ([login to view URL] , who I will pay directly) to set up the MLS search and also display of current listings. There will be no database. My current site displays poorly across different types of browsers. I can provide the ftp or complete website, photos, etc. If you can rework the current site that is fine with me....at least this way I know exactly where I stand. Or an entirely new template could be used, that I would choose or at least approve of. I still have some content to add....neighborhoods etc, Sarasota info etc. I would also like to have some SEO done to get each page of the site submitted and indexed properly.
