Build a portal based web application for product listing

We are a group of Independent IT professional specialized in the area of software testing. We are putting forth this request to seek proposals from enthusiastic web developers keen on working on a web application development work for us. We plan to launch a start up with a portal based application (eg. [login to view URL], [login to view URL]) where one set of users get CMS kind of a feature to upload and manage their product listings and the end users search for those products and contact the product vendors. We would be the super admins of the site controlling different user groups and the overall administration of the site. We welcome the profiles of web developers who are ready to work on this project on a full-time basis and are based out from Mumbai or its neighboring cities. The proposal should highlight strong web development background and samples of previous work. You can specify the preference of technology stack in the proposal with respect to following point: • Building a rich and interactive UI • Having a MVC or layered design to make the code manageable • Use of existing CMS for increasing efficiency and save time (not just limited to use of templates, the use of CMS should be explained to work with OOP concepts and designs) • Having better performance of the application It would be good if you also can send your rate cards and explain us your cost and effort estimation logic (including enhancement requests/CRs). We would also want to know if you can provide support and maintenance for the application and the applicable charges for the same. We are open to further queries with respect to our request that might help you respond better.
