Conditional Comments CSS IE & Firefox

Test website can be found here [login to view URL] Please view the test website in IE7 to see the correct layout of the header. I have added conditional comments to the [login to view URL] for IE7. I need someone to make the header display correct in IE6, IE8 beta & Firefox. The IE6 & IE8 beta fix must use conditional comments in [login to view URL] The Firefox fix must use [login to view URL] I need the fixes docummented so I can add the code to our live website. Small budget please this is not a large project to work on. Project will go to service provider who can fix with smallest budget in fastest time.
