convert pdf to email template

We require a pdf email template converted into a HTML email campaign (Under 650 Pixels wide) The pdf (attached) is 3 pages long and the email template will be as consistent as possible with the design while using as few images as possible. Wherever possible content will be presented as text (not imagery) IMPORTANT: This project needs to be completed Immediately. If you bid on this project and we approve it - we will want the work done within 24 hours. The final delivarable will be 1 folder of images (which we will upload and hard code links to), 1 html file
