CMS (drupal) site and SEO required

We require a site to be made using Drupal (so only bid if you have experience using drupal). Requires about 6-7 main pages (of which most will have about 2-3 sub pages) and the ability to easily update the pictures on the site. As it's a new site will require you to handle the logo design and the SEO. We also have several other websites that require further SEO and are willing to pay an ongoing retainer if you prove to be able to achieve good results on [login to view URL] (the australian search engine) and [login to view URL] (for our uk websites). For now just include the price to do the initial SEO and the building of the site, and we'll discuss a retainer once we've seen the results.
