Custom portfolio for Joomla - COMPONENT NEEDED

I would like a component built for my Joomla website - I need a customized portfolio created. am specifically looking for something like this [login to view URL] I need the layout exactly how you see here I want to be able to have two navigations on the left one of the navigation should categorize the items by the type of store it is ie. shoes, clothing, auto parts etc. The other navigation should categorize according to exactly what the website is ie. website design, ebay design, joomla design, ecommerce design I realize that this will have to be custom built I'm looking for someone that does have experience
