Dating geolocation based app similar to grindr, blendr

We want to create a dating/meet up app similar to grindr/blendr. If you are unfamiliar with these apps please download them prior to bidding on the project to assure you are comfortable with creating a similar app. Must include all features of these popular apps. It should be geo IP (proximity) based and work in the same fashion as those apps but along with instant messaging it must also have regular messaging features. We have our own niche that we will market to. The project includes the following: -Creation and design of sales website for the app. -Complete app with testing completed and with Icon and logo (logo adapted from similar dating site we currently own not a new design) -Helping upload the the app to google, blackberry and itunes stores -Setting up of payment services on all stores - will be recurring billing on a per month basis -Must include geolocation to list users closest to you -must have push notifications and the ability to turn them on/off -Backend to the site which allows all major day to day administration Details will be revealed to winner only.
