Create Landing Page and subscription payment on existing website

DachPack. We need to create a new tab/landing page for our website www.sausagedogcentral.com.au. The landing page is for a dog goods subscription box service in Australia. Therefore after the landing page we then need the page to move to a sign up page where people can input all of their details and sign up to the service. A full list of what people need to input will provided later. Page 1: - Good looking landing page similar to something like [login to view URL] or www.petsybox.com.au. Has all the info required for the product. We can provide some graphics and info but being able to do some graphics yourself would be needed. We can work with you on what we would like the design to look like and the info that we need in there. Page 2+: - Page 2: - This is where people sign up. It should be fairly similar to how the rest of the website is set up. Here people need to input all of their details including details on what subscription they want, their name, DOB etc. From here people should be able to also choose their payment option which then redirects them to a recurring paypal subscription plan. All up is should be a subsequent 3-4 pages. We hope this project can be done within a 2-2.5 week timeframe through working with us. There is potential for lots of future work for the right candidate.
