Convert a Wordpress Ultimate-X Template to a Website

I am looking for web designer familiar with the X WordPress Theme ( see [login to view URL] ). DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE USED THIIS THEME AND ARE VERY PROFICIENT AND HAVE THE TIME TO DEVOTE TO THE PROJECT!!!! I want to get this site up and running asap and will provide similar sites to use as guides. I will rewrite the text content after the site is up. I also wan the ability to use screen sharing to watch as you build the site ( if I have time ...) The site will be for a company that specializes in Electrical Equipment, Robot , & Tool Repair I estimate the site will be approximately 20 pages . You need to have a good command of English and Graphic design ability!
