Build a Website

I need a very simple static website to support an iOS App, hence it must have an Apple-ish look. You can only use HTML, CSS and jQuery, and must be as small as possible because bandwidth is a major issue in several countries. The contents are static HTML pages, and all icons are 100x100 PNGs (you can use bogus icons and Lorem ipsum contents for testing), and will be accessed either from iPhones (4S and above), using a custom ViewController, attached, or from generic devices thru “standard” browsers, such as Chrome, Safari and the like. The only key involved is that thru CSS, the website should look different when accessed from the iPhone, as depicted in the attachments.
