Banknote collector Website with simple Online purchasing option

I would like to do a website for a banknote collector with several tabs: My collection : divided into categories of all Countries and others which can be added .. etc where in each category he can add as many banknotes each has 1 or many images(zoomable)and has a date of issue/ Value / Page # in Collection / Condition / Description and as many can be added for each category and each value of banknote. My wishlist: divided also into categories with the same description required for the my collection with an option on each product for a user to post an offer on the availability of this item with the condition and image and requested price and contact info of the seller that can be sent privately or publicly and which will make the item be removed from the wishlist to my collection. For Sale: Divided also into same categories with the same description but with Price and with an additional feature for someone to purchase this item by adding his information, shipping address and choosing a payment method credit card/paypal/western union and choosing his shipping method: several options with different rates and an option to accept another offer (which might be swapping something from the wishlist with something for sale and adding the difference amount of money if needed) which will make the item sold when it is sold. The Website should be simple , user friendly and manageable from backend to be able to add/remove any of the categories or banknotes.
