Animate 2 sections of my Wordpress site

Hello, I need someone to animate 2 sections on my wordpress website... This is just so that when you click on the first section the icons and text come in from the right, and when you click the second section they come in from the left. the website is [login to view URL] and its the web design section that would come in from the right and the branding section that would come in from the left. Budget $20 - Should probably take someone who knows what they're doing no more than half an hour. Please quote the word 'parmo' in your response so I know you have read my requirements. Thanks Danny
