custom designed flat screen tv look a like template *read very carefully*

We are in need of an extremely talented visual web graphic designer who can furnish us with an impeccable ecommerce store template based on our specific vision. Show me passion and the ability to recreate my vision and make it your own in your PMB response. I want to create a very visually stunning sharp and vibrant graphical website. The type of bright and shiny graphics you see associated with Windows XP style icons, cartoon imagery, etc. I want the frame of the website to be based on a widescreen flat panel television looking graphic. All of the content appears in the middle of the page, where the screen would be on the flat panel television. BASIC IDEA LINK: [login to view URL] The navigation of the site should be formed in a "TV remote control" look a like frame. We need to recreate the buttons/? to customize the navigation of the site by many elements including Categories, Brand Names, Price Ranges, Screen Sizes, etc. The design that the buttons/? are made in needs to be easily resizable (as link text lengths will vary). As you roll over each button the functionality of it should become even more clear in the LCD remote control graphic window. The roll over graphic should be very nice and not basic. I want an intuitive design to this remote control. It does not have to be any specific remote control graphic. The background of the page needs to be a very bright and colorful, vibrant, the ideas I have are: (1) Image of a retail shopping store with the walls lined with shelves of flat panel televisions and this flat panel television for which the sites frame is based is focused on in the center of those walls by some means. Vortex/matrix like. OR (2) The background needs to be a picture of a living room with the flat panel television that the site is framed as, is sitting on a shelf of a television entertainment center with supporting background components, DVD player, speakers, etc. It needs to remain clear in the design that this is a Flat Panel Television, not a traditional 1970's tube of rear projection TV. I can vision this layout done badly 100 ways; I am looking for the one fantastic design that does it the right way that works together cohesively. It can be done, but I know it takes the right designer with the patience to make it happen. This is the style of web sites back in 1990s (it can not look robotic or too metallic), we want to really hip it up and make it up to date, extremely vibrant so that the user is entertained by the layout itself. It needs to be very glimmering and shiny, I cannot stress that enough. I do not want a “flat” design. It should be a simplistic non aggressive 3d. Crutchfield appears to have the only site with high resolution extra large images available. Please take a look at these images and get a feel for what the options are, if you have or are aware of any other graphics available online or for sale: I may be interested. If you want to create a professional or cartoonist original flat screen tv graphic/remote graphic from scratch that is ideal. We also need this design to be CSS based (using absolute/relative positioning tags so we can order the actual html coding of div sections in the order we like) with very minimal tables IF ANY AT ALL. And also this site must not use any actual frames—when I speak of frames in this spec I am speaking from a visual perspective as frames are not search engine friendly. In other words, this site needs to be coded clean and very search engine friendly—if because of our requirements it cannot be table less we stress that the coding must be efficient and clean. If you are thinking about making this in Photoshop and performing a quick html export or similar: this is not the job for you. I want someone who will go above and beyond, and really get involved in this template. You must have a fantastic vision of the final product, and be able to relay your ideas orally and visually. You must WANT TO CREATE this template. I only want serious motivated designers. Show me passion and the ability to recreate my vision and make it your own in your PMB response. For this project I require samples of what you have done in the past to demonstrate your intense ability for unique graphic design. After speaking on PMB I may require to see an example template of what you have in mind if you are unable to verbally express it and impress me. Regardless of your bid price, this template needs to be second to none, fantastic. I can not stress enough that I will not be satisfied without perfection. For this project I would prefer you not bid unless you know 100% that you can make this happen, and you already have the final graphic design in your minds eye as your finishing reading this post. This detailed posting may be a little much, but I do not want to waist my time with sub par designers. If you can submit an example template of what I want that impresses me you are likely to be chosen immediately & a deposit submitted. I have a long trusted history with GAF and am again looking for PERFECTION on this one. Communication via PMB is essential to win this project. Payment terms as follows: 25% deposit for preparation of first drafts of template; 25% after I see progress that impresses me and I approve of; 50% final payment after completion of template 100%.
