beauty services website

Hi. This is my project, it is very very urgent, I tried to do it myself, but it seems very hard, I know nothing of design, and try to do it from powerpoint but I made a mess. My friend mark told me about this site, and he said he was going to post it, last week, but he didnt, so I'm doing everything by myself. I have a budget of $250.00, what I need is a little website to publicite my services. I am a stylist, what I really really want to sell is hair extensions, and I want to put that as my main product. my other services include, nails, make up, hair style, color, and bridal hair. A famous beauty site from my city, has given me the opportunity to open a pop up window on their site, so what I want is a website kind of like a bussiness card or presentation card, like perhaps 500 wide per 300 height, simple but pretty, sofisticade, this is for rich women for about 18 to 35. I dont have a logo, I dont have an address, since I want to point out that I will go to their homes and perform the services there. I was thinking something like [login to view URL], but with a little more desing, since that looks pretty simple. and I dont like the menu on the side. The name I want to use is Belle, af this is were my artistic name. I want something that looks pretty good, so clients seems interested, this is a great opportunity to be seem by a lot of clients. I would even include your credit and link. But! this need to be ready for yesterday!! since it will be include on the september newsletter. yes!!! on WEDNESDAY 1st! I know its TOO late!. I would really love to see samples or even if you could make a design for me of the website. and if you could please please have it for me on tuesday afternoon. can anyone help me out?
