add design, graphics and colour to my wordpress enabled site

I'm looking for graphic and design work to be done on my finished wordpress site ?www.fusion-squared.com. ??Its currently got all the content I want, and is a white canvas ready for colour, graphics and character.?? Need someone to improve the design aspect, colour, branding integration and add some visual graphics that appeal. ??I'm using a popular wordpress theme by 'woothemes' called 'merchant' which is easy to use but really looking for some custom design work added to it. One thing which is IMPORTANT to mention is that I'm looking to keep all content, themes and plugins active, so NOT to remove any features. So any suggestions to install a different preferred theme or plugin is not required. ??Really looking for someone with great wordpress design experience. Some suggestions on work you could come up with will help in choosing contractor.
