Designer needed for information boxes !!!

Ladies and Gentleman, I do need a designer to create me the attached box. The size should be: 394x300 pixel. The quality has to be as good as on the example. Additionally you should be able to find matching pictures and have to be very creative. The basic idea of the box is different. I will give it to you through PMB.
