We are a website shop with a steady flow of clients, and i need to move more toward sales, so i'm looking for a great artist/designer to replace me.
We need a specialist - an artist, preferably with some classical training and top photoshop skills.
If you know some CSS that's a bonus, but not required. Attention to detail and a desire to please the client is a must.
The right candidate will make thousands of dollars of us and get steady work.

Typical projects will usually be website homepage mockup PSD, or handling some elements to modify an already-done theme i.e. change the background img, crop and size some stock photos, etc. also needed is efficient workflow - for example for social media icons, you can usually find some existing images, and for marketing pages the same.
The first big project is 30 similar-ish blog themes with matching email templates and video players.
Interested? If so, please bid for 5 hours work as a paid test.
Future projects we can do here, hourly, but it's better for both to find 1 great regular person vs. hopping around all the time.
