Design Website and provide maintenance

In Short: Small Insect Museum needs a website. Need content management system (such as Joomla) with a customized look and feel. We will provide domain and hosting provider but we need you to deploy the website and provide help if system fails. 1) Design We need a nice fresh design with a colorful environment appealing to students and kids as well as adults. There’s no existing branding at the moment so there are no constraints The public of the website will be mainly Australian. 2) Content -There will be some 20 “static” kind of pages for navigation, where to find us, etc. -There will be a couple of frequent changing sections such as News and Bug of the Month, -Online Shop such as “VirtueMart” from Joomla. -A comment module where kids could upload a picture such as “I saw this bug in my garden, what is it?” and where other people could respond. 3) Deployment -We need you to deploy the website on our server. You will get full access to ftp, MySQL database etc for maintenance. -Please quote separately an annual fee for being available if something fails, if there’s a technical problem etc. 4) Planning -If possible, we would like this project to be finished within 4-6 weeks. 5) What should the price include? -All the design including images -3 mockups of the original design -Installing and setting up a CMS (Joomla for example) suitable for the website -Providing a very first draft of the website using texts that will be given -Setup the “insect database” and pages to display them in the website 6) We prefer open source if possible. Hosting will provide MySQL database. 7) Future Cooperation. This is the initial start of this website but we might have more development. We’d like this opportunity to be the start of a mutual cooperation. Thank you very much!
